Personalized support

Your care is based on your unique goals, circumstances, and feeding journey — not on what an insurance plan will or will not cover.

Greater flexibility

We're able to offer care and follow-up based on your needs, including the amount of time and support that is clinically appropriate.

Fewer insurance barriers

No waiting for authorizations, dealing with claim denials, or wondering whether a particular service is covered.

Transparent pricing

You'll know the cost of your visit upfront, with no surprises related to deductibles, copays, or insurance reimbursement.

HSA & FSA

Self-pay doesn't mean giving up your benefits.

Lactation consulting is an eligible expense under most HSA and FSA plans. Use your card directly at your visit, or submit your receipt for reimbursement — a tax-free way to cover your care.

Superbills

How to seek insurance reimbursement with a superbill

Many plans reimburse you directly for out-of-network lactation care. You'll get a superbill — an itemized receipt with the codes your insurer needs — for all applicable visits, so you can pursue reimbursement on your terms.

01

You automatically receive a superbill after each applicable visit — no need to ask.

02

Call your insurance company and ask about your out-of-network lactation benefits and how to submit the superbill.

03

You submit your superbill to your insurance provider.

Payment details

When payment is due

At the time of your visit. Credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards are all accepted.

Holding your appointment

A card on file reserves your time and isn't charged until the visit. Please give 24 hours' notice to reschedule.

Add-ons

Twins or multiples — add $50 each additional baby. Travel beyond our area may carry a fee, quoted before you book.
