Virtual Consults
Can't make it in person? No problem. Our virtual lactation consultations provide the same quality care via secure video chat. With our expertise, we can guide you through your hurdles and recommend an individualized plan to meet your goal, just as with an in-person appointment. Generally, the only thing we can’t do virtually is a weight/weighted feeding and actual hands-on support. Also, virtual consults are great for follow-ups, quick questions, or moms in remote areas.

Preparing to breastfeed starts before your baby arrives. Our prenatal lactation consultations help you understand what to expect in the early days, how to establish a healthy milk supply, how to achieve a good latch, and how to feel confident with nursing from day one. We’ll walk you through breastfeeding positions, common challenges, and how to avoid them—so you feel ready and empowered.
