This Privacy Policy describes how Wellspring Lactation LLC (“Wellspring Lactation”, “Wellspring”, or “we”) collects and uses personally identifiable information (PII) through the use of our website (www.wellspringlactation.com) and electronic communication such as text, email and addresses and in connection with Wellspring’s consulting services. This Policy also describes Wellspring’s commitment to protecting your privacy and how it honors that commitment. 

This policy applies to the information we collect from or about you through this site.  This policy does not apply to information we collect from other channels, such as over the phone or in-person. PII is any information such as a first and last name, email, home or business address and phone number that can be used to identify a person.  PII is collected directly by Wellspring when you submit your PII to us through form submission or email communication. Any information we collect that constitutes protected health information or “PHI” is protected in accordance with Wellspring Lactation HIPAA- Notice of Privacy Practices (“HNPP”).

Conflicts arising between this notice and the HNPP will be resolved in favor of the HNPP. Your right to notice of the use and disclosure of your PHI made by Wellspring Lactation, and our legal duties regarding it, can also be reviewed in the HNPP.

We reserve the right and may amend our Privacy Policy as needed when new features are added to the site and service. Such changes will be indicated by updating the date found under the title of this policy. • IP Addresses. We collect IP (Internet Protocol) address from our users for the purpose of traffic analysis. IP addresses are sets of assigned numbers given to a distinct internet connection. We use it simply to administer and improve our service with customizations and enhancements developed based on the above-analyzed data.
